Check both addresses
Identify a usable loading position, carrying distance and obstacles at both ends. Include bollards, gates and space behind the truck for its tail lift. Send photos with your request even if the street appears spacious.
Loading, parking and access are different questions
The municipality states that a city-wide RVV exemption does not permit parking or provide access to a restricted area. Do not assume one document covers everything. Explain the address and intended use to the municipality.

Agree who arranges what
Our terms place parking arrangements and any parking or exemption costs with the customer. Agree the loading position with us before the move. Report changes caused by roadworks or other access restrictions promptly.
