Look at where loading is possible, not just the driving distance. A pavement, gallery or courtyard adds carrying distance for every box. Include it in your request and keep the route clear on moving day.
Stairs and disassembly change the estimate
Our calculator adds half an hour to both ends of its time range for each selected floor without a lift, at both addresses. This is the estimator’s rule, not a guarantee that all staircases take equal time. Tight turns or a heavy wardrobe need assessment.
Prepare what you can
Close boxes, label their destination and empty cupboards. Mention necessary disassembly beforehand. Keep personal essentials and keys separate so loading is not interrupted by searching or sorting.
Include parking in the plan
