An address in the city centre
For a city-centre home, establish how close the truck can get to the entrance. Send photos of the street, doorway and stairs. Check access and parking for the moving day; we do not assume a free space outside.
Between Haarlem and Amsterdam
Treat collection and delivery as separate access situations. A lift in Haarlem does not solve narrow stairs in Amsterdam. Include key handover times and any access windows so both ends can be coordinated.
Collect furniture without a full home move
For a purchase or a few large pieces, request furniture transport. Share seller arrangements and dimensions. AllesOpWeg is based in Amsterdam; Haarlem is part of our service area.
Plan loading and access
Share the loading point and carrying distance. Reserving space, using a moving lift or placing other obstacles may require further arrangements or municipal procedures. Check the exact address and date; parking and permit costs are not part of the standard hourly rate.
Haarlem municipality: objects and vehicles on the street ↗
Haarlem distinguishes objects from vehicles and refers to a traffic plan for placing vehicles. Check the municipality’s current requirements.
Prepare with photos and an inventory
Photograph large furniture, boxes, entrances and stairs. Tell us what you will do yourself and what help you need. Storage rooms, extra collection addresses or assembly can change the work; include them in your request.
Check the local loading spot
Haarlem distinguishes between objects and vehicles when public space is used. The municipality refers to a traffic plan for vehicles. Check which procedure applies to the moving truck or any moving lift.
Current municipal guidance (Dutch) ↗
Rules and application times can change. Check the requirements for your address and date.
From the details to a clear agreement
Tell us what you will prepare yourself and what you need us to do. Photos of items, doors and awkward corners help us assess the work. We agree the team, route and tasks before you approve the quote.
Practical answers
Good to know.
Can you transport just furniture?
Yes. Include dimensions, both addresses and who will be present for collection and delivery.
How are travel costs determined?
We discuss the route and chargeable travel amount in your quote before you agree. A place name alone is not enough for a final price.
Can I request packing or assembly help?
Yes. Tell us beforehand what you need. These tasks are included separately in the agreed work.
