Measure the route as well as the furniture

Width, height and depth only tell the full story when we know the access route too. Measure doors and tight turns. Tell us whether legs, doors or sections can be removed and if you need help doing that.

Protect and place the furniture

We use moving blankets and straps to protect and secure furniture for transport. Agree where it should go on arrival. Delivery to a third-floor apartment needs different planning from a ground-floor garage.

From the details to a clear agreement

Tell us what you will prepare yourself and what you need us to do. Photos of items, doors and awkward corners help us assess the work. We agree the team, route and tasks before you approve the quote.

Practical answers

Good to know.

Does the furniture have to be outside?

Not if carrying it from inside is part of the agreed job. Include the floor and access details so the lifting is accounted for.
