Ask about floors, lifts and doorways when taking the order. Share assembled furniture dimensions with the customer. An address alone is not enough if the piece will not fit inside; clarify that before loading.

Agree whether the piece stays packaged, is placed in a particular room or needs assembly. Removing old furniture is a separate task. Provide the correct recipient and instructions for each order.
