A route with several destinations

When moving between Zaandam and Amsterdam, belongings may come from more than one home. List what is collected or delivered at each stop. The loading order should match the order in which items are needed.

Include storage and rear access

If belongings are in a shed or storage room, photograph the route to the street too. A rear path, threshold or narrow gate can determine which pieces need dismantling.

Do not treat distance as a guaranteed journey time

Photograph large furniture, boxes, entrances and stairs. Tell us what you will do yourself and what help you need. Storage rooms, extra collection addresses or assembly can change the work; include them in your request.

Check the local loading spot

In Zaanstad, a bollard may restrict access to the loading spot. The municipality has a separate procedure for temporary removal. Agree who arranges this; a traffic exemption does not itself remove a physical barrier.
