Sort destinations before clearing
Review the property room by room. Clearly mark or separate items you want to keep. Include sheds, balconies and storage rooms. If items have different destinations, set out that split in the request.
Define the handover standard
An empty property may not meet every landlord’s handover requirements. Share the checklist and agree the broom-clean scope. Flooring removal, fittings and repairs are not automatically included in furniture removal.
