Include the shed in your inventory

Garden furniture, tool cupboards and under-stairs storage are easily missed in an initial estimate. Check every area. List heavy objects separately and explain how they can reach the street.

Separate what is moving from what is leaving

When downsizing, separate moving boxes, items for family and furniture for disposal. Share all destinations in advance. Disposal is a separate part of the agreement and is not automatically covered by a moving estimate.

Purmerend provides separate parking guidance for special and large vehicles. Check the dimensions and planned loading or parking spot; an empty parking bay does not by itself mean the truck may remain there.
